". Signed at the conclusion in black ink by
PRESIDENT MONROE (as 5th US President)
and countersigned by Commissioner of the General land Office George Graham. Lower left corner retains the original white paper seal. See photos and Condition Description for more information. It measures 15" x 9 1/4". It
