Returns/Exchanges Information:
Return Policy:
Items may be returned within 30 days of the sale date for a refund,
less the shipping charges
, and must be new, unworn, with the tags attached and in the original packaging as received.
We cannot accept a returned item that cannot be resold as new.  For items that are shipped under our free shipping program,
the actual shipping cost will be deducted
from the refund.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return to us.
For your safety, we suggest that you insure all returns before shipping.
Please make sure that all returns and exchanges meet these simple requirements:
1) Please contact us for return/exchange requests.
2)
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from us,
this includes items being reshipped for exchanges, buyer will need to paypal additional funds to reship items.
3) All items must be unused with tags attached/boxes intact. Product boxes must be free from shipping tape or writing directly on it.
4) A tracking number is required for all returns and exchanges. Please keep you and I safe by sending a tracking number.
5) After 30 days the item may not be returned for a refund but possibly for an exchange only. The same requirements above still apply including having tags attached and original boxes it was sent with.
6) Please allow up to seven to ten business days for returns/exchanges to be processed. We value each customer and will process returns in the order that we receive them!
Within the US:
we ship with USPS or UPS, insured with tracking for the stated fee.  USPS will be primarily used, we ship to only a confirmed addresses on ebay only.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
we ship with USPS PRIORITY or EXPRESS MAIL for the stated shipping fee (Express may cost extra). Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s custom’s office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
On rare occasions customs holds a product in their care or shipping takes longer than usual. In these cases please keep in touch with us and allow 30-45 days for the product to reach you. The package will be valued and insured for the price paid.
