Used widely in the semiconductor industry, this metal is fun to experiment with and is non-toxic unlike Mercury. A soft silvery metallic poor metal, elemental galllium is a brittle solid at low temperatures. As it liquefies slightly above room temperature, it will melt in the hand. Warm up in Warm water.

Keep away from Aluminium as it has a corrosive effect on it.
Although it’s non-toxic, please do not ingest Galllium.

Precautions:
Although galllium is considered to be non-toxic, it can be a little messy to work with, so consider wearing latex or rubber gloves.
If you spill galllium, it will clean up from most hard surfaces, however as it smears easily, it can be a nuisance. We recommend you put scrap paper on your work surface for easy clean-ups.
Again, it is considered non-toxic, but no one wants excess metal in their body. Keep out of reach of children at all times and place any unused galllium  in its original container.
Galllium  will clean up pretty easily from a glass or ceramic bowl, but to be safe, consider using that bowl exclusively for your
galllium  projects and not for food use.
Technically, galllium is corrosive. It's unlikely to harm you but, it could damage other metals. Before working with galllium, remove any rings, bracelets or other jewellery that could come in contact. Don't place galllium on any valuable metal.
Packaging is according to customer requirements but is commonly in poly bottles of various sizes
We recommend you store unused galllium  in the original container or a different plastic container. Galllium expands when it cools and will often shatter glass or metal containers.
